The prices and conditions indicated may vary in some periods, also due to seasonal variations. Prices include VAT.
The tourist tax is applicable for stays from 01/04 to 02/11 and must be paid in cash upon arrival. It is calculated at €3.00 per person per day for the first 4 nights and from the 5th night onwards €1.50 per person per day. Children up to 10 years old are exempt from payment.
Pets are allowed but must be communicated at the time of booking.
The room is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure.
At the time of booking, an automatic email will be sent with confirmation of the booking request and with the bank details for payment.
To guarantee the booking, the customer is required to pay a booking fee equal to 20% of the total price of the stay within 3 calendar days.
The balance of the total amount must be paid one week before the scheduled arrival via bank transfer.
Up to 60 days before arrival: refund of the total amount of the booking fee.
From 59 days before arrival: the booking fee will not be refunded.
No-Show: the booking fee will not be refunded.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the management reserves the right to charge the entire amount of the stay.
Booking in advance: if the booking is made 3 months in advance, you are entitled to a 5% discount on the total amount of the booking.
Weekly: For stays longer than one week, you are entitled to a 5% discount on the total booking amount.
Welcome back: If you have already been our guests, remember your name and booking period and you will receive a direct 10% discount on the total booking amount.
Discounts cannot be combined.
